Available materials:
1) OPEN MESH FABRIC:
The fiberglass fabric coated with PTFE allows the free flow of air in the production process and offer non-stick properties. We offer the latest high-tech products for the manufacture of their bands, including: PTFE Kevlar reinforcement for the sides, sewn with Kevlar thread, metal joints or bullnose systems to ensure the highest duration of our belts.
Measurements:
In squares of 1mm x 1mm to 4mm x 4mm and widths up to 4m.

2) KEVLAR FABRIC WITH PTFE:
This fabric offers a unique combination of hardness, flexibility and maximum life. Kevlar is often advisable when it is necessary to reduce the weight of the band and cloth required maximum resistance to breakage. Combined with non-stick PTFE provides the final product properties.
3) CONDUCTIVE FABRIC:
Our standard fabric is specially coated to provide a conductive band, which eliminates the static charge generated by friction of the production process.
4) TEAR RESISTANCE PTFE FABRIC:
Our fabric specially developed to provide greater tear resistance and durability.
5) FABRIC FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY:
Novatel has developed a fiberglass fabric coated with special PTFE for optimal performance by avoiding the leakage of grease, oil and flour.
